Mentos was set to launch its new 3D edition in Egypt through its distributor Ayman Afandi Company, and the goal was clear—to create excitement, boost awareness, and drive sales by delivering an interactive, high-energy brand experience.
To bring this vision to life, we designed a dynamic mall activation that combined entertainment, engagement, and in-store promotions inside Carrefour Hypermarkets and the top five malls across Egypt. The activation featured professional Russian models, drawing attention and inviting mall visitors to take fun, memorable photos with them. To keep the energy high, we introduced an interactive video game, adding a layer of excitement and making the experience even more immersive. The activation stand itself was a showstopper—designed to highlight the bold “3D” branding with eye-catching fruit-themed mockups, reinforcing the flavors of the new product.
Promoters actively engaged with visitors, offering free product samples, encouraging them to try the new Mentos 3D firsthand. The campaign delivered amazing engagement, with people lining up to participate, take pictures, and get rewarded with mega prizes on purchase. The buzz around the activation successfully drove curiosity and increased immediate sales, making the launch a standout success.
